Flow & Yin (Warm)


This class is taught by:
Vinyasa flow followed by a Yin yoga practice that will work deeply into the body. Yin is a form of yoga that involves passive, longer held poses to target the deep connective tissues: the ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. Yin poses stretch and lengthen these deeper tissues, which encourages muscles to relax and energy circulation to increase throughout the body.

Benefits of a regular yin practice include:
- Increased circulation
- Improved flexibility
- Improved joint mobility
- Released muscle tension
