WELCOME TO RENEW YOGA!

We offer hot and warm power Vinyasa yoga as well as other special yoga and wellness classes, focusing on whole body & mind well being. Great care has been put into the studio and the programs to foster physical health and inner peace for everyone who comes into the studio.

Yoga Panel (Low EMFR far infrared heating panel specially designed for yoga) creates therapeutic environment with a multitude of health benefits. The gentle rise in core temperature will detoxify the body at the cellular level, releasing toxins and strengthening the body’s immune system. Materials used for the studio space were carefully chosen to be low or no VOC for a healthier environment.
Sweating under infrared heating with special yoga breathing practice promotes deep physical detoxification and accelerated healing.
Caring instructors are certified and knowledgeable, and joyfully guide each and every student to experience their own journey to a healthier body & mind at their own level.

We share our love and knowledge, and create a non-judgemental environment for students of all levels and abilities to explore their own personal journey and transformation towards a healthy and balanced body, mind & spirit.

My Story

In 2001, I discovered the amazing healing power of yoga when I attended my first yoga class at Baptiste studio in Cambridge, MA. I knew almost immediately that Yoga was my passion, and that helping others discover the healing and therapeutic powers of yoga would be my calling in life. In 2019 my dream finally became a reality when, with the help of family and friends, I opened Renew Yoga, a place where we believe in yoga and its power to renew your optimal health and spirit.
